This may be the most viewed blog on this site, just because of the title (but don't tell Rich that, because he thinks it gets a lot of hits because it's about him).

We do like to poke fun at Rich because he is such a big target, and actually loves the attention anyway. That is why I couldn't resist getting his perfect swimming technique on film and showing all the young swimmers out there how to do it.

If they add 100 meter dog paddle to the Olympic swimming schedule, Rich has a chance to be a dual athlete in Beijing!

note: It is too bad we didn’t keep the camera rolling, because we would have seen Rich start taking in water and need assistance from Sean Rosenthal to get back to the dock!
