I used to be the Mac guy. I've had a Macintosh computer since 1993. So you can imagine how irked I get when people on the tour come looking for advice about their new Mac from Ahren. They say things like " is Ahren here? I hear he is the Mac expert.", or "is the Mac King here?". He's jumped on the Mac bandwagon for a couple of years now and all of a sudden he is the Mac King? Give me a break.

Let me set the record straight.....I AM THE MAC KING! Ahren only became a Mac enthusiast after being around me and my Powerbook. So let this be a warning to all the volleyball enthusiasts out there that have a Mac or will buy a Mac...don't come to Ahren for advice, and if you do, don't do it around me. I don't think I can take it anymore.

All kidding aside, Ahren is fairly knowledgeable and is a keener to help others with their new Macs.  On top of that, I have to admit, he has a newer, better computer than me. And if there is such a thing as a Mac torch to pass on, I suppose I can reluctantly pass it on to him. Just don't rub my nose in it, okay? Because as you probably can tell, it's still a touchy subject. :)
