For thirteen straight years we have been coming to Espinho, Portugal for the same FIVB World Tour event, and for all thirteen years we have frequented the same chicken rotisserie restaurant. The same waiters (our favorite is Miguel) and restaurant staff have been there each year and most importantly, the same tasty chicken has been cooked to a perfect crisp for us to satisfy our healthy appetites. Add a side of baked black beans and another side of rice, and you've got one of our favorite meals of the tour. See you again next year Miguel, and don't change a thing! Gotta love that bird!
