By servant, I mean the kind of service that racks up 2 or 3 aces every set. By humble, I'm referring to that certain unassertiveness that usually describes "the-good-guys-finish-last" kind of person, not the 2007 Beach Volleyball World Champion!! But Phil is not only the champion, he actually is a really good guy too! It's refreshing to know that you don't have to be a prima-donna to be any good at this sport. You know the type - the kind of guy that is always writing about himself on his own website, or the kind of guy that creates a gold statue of himself. I mean, who does that anyway??? Maybe I could ask Phil to give me some tips. So far, though, tips are the last thing he sends my way - just straight-down spikes!
