In a sport where athletes hit their competitive peak in their early 30’s, Ahren Cadieux's time has arrived. He has established himself as one of the top Canadian Beach Volleyball players, capable of competing with the best teams in the world. Ahren's patience and strong work ethic has resulted in some impressive results over the last three seasons.

Ahren teams with veteran Mark Heese for the 2007/2008 Olympic qualifying seasons, as he sets out to fulfill his dream of representing Canada at the Beijing Olympics in 2008. They will face some stiff competition, as the calibre of play on the World Tour is constantly improving, however, together with their coach, John May, they will be prepared to battle for those elusive Olympic podium spots.
